HOW DO YOU KEEP REPTILES SAFE DURING SHIPPING?

Every reptile is carefully inspected and securely packaged in an insulated shipping box designed for live animals. We monitor weather conditions and use appropriate packing materials and heat or cold packs when needed. If conditions are unsafe, shipping will be delayed until a safer date.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship throughout the United States where legally permitted. Availability may depend on the species, destination, local or state regulations, and weather conditions. Customers are responsible for confirming that the reptile they purchase is legal to own in their location. We will not knowingly ship an animal to an area where it is prohibited.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Shipping typically ranges from $50–$100, depending on the destination, package size, and current carrier rates. Most reptiles are shipped using priority overnight service and are expected to arrive the following day. Your exact shipping cost and delivery arrangements will be confirmed before shipment. Weather or other safety concerns may require us to postpone the shipping date.

WHAT IF MY REPTILE ARRIVES INJURED OR UNWELL?

Please contact District Pythons immediately after receiving your reptile if you notice any injury, illness, or other concern. Clear photos and/or video of the animal and packaging may be required. We will review the situation and work with you to determine the appropriate next steps. Live-arrival coverage is subject to our shipping terms and proper, on-time receipt of the animal.
